I want to take out daily rain time The series for all the years was

ASN00014508196703 PRCP represents the names of each row different information as presented at PRCP intervals. My one-year data is that I need extract. 03 represents the month, and represents the year 1967.

Can I remove the time series for this station, but I tried but failed in all the efforts.
