The service is working properly

We are trying to authenticate authToken and all requests fail with a 404 error. It is happening this morning (28-10-2014).

This is happening from Europe (Germany)

UPDATE: I was just refreshing and certs there, another refresher they had gone, now they do not matter how many times I have page refresh what's going on?
