outlook - Best way to determine if simple or extended MAPI was loaded -

How can I determine whether the simple or expanded MAPI is loading or not? Because I want to add to my add, simple MAPI loads I am working with Add-in Express and Redemption Dell.

The use of Windows "send" command actually integrates with SendMail.dll. AFAIK You can not stop these calls to do some custom, but you can add your own shortcut in the context menu:
