Android L activity header image with transparent toolbar and collapse on-scroll -

I have a new KitKat app and I'm trying to reproduce the new layout in my activity. Or store Google+ profile activity What I'm trying to achieve is a transparent toolbar and an "activity-header" image that will fall on the scroll:

What is the result? Mitigation is a new Aepakanp widget or follow patterns?
