css - Background pattern repeat on table row -

I have trouble in the pattern-based background setting on table-line. On this screenshot, you can see that In the middle, there is a situation of some kind of situation in the background, which is strange because CSS is applied to table-row and table-cell .

In the TR can not have more CSS properties with background property in the TR tag , Instead of TD.

Here I have a solution, from which you have to use Callspain where you want to use the background.
