Change youtrack issue id -

Brief:
Is there a way to change (YouTrack-API or somehow) Problem ID from S-5 to S-30?

The full story:
We have created the YouTrack project to track scientific equipment, which we produce. One device - With a problem custom field, we made a very convenient way to handle "Device Stories".
