java - Reverse engineering image crop and resize -

I have two images, a high resolution image. BA has a narrow low resolution version.

I need a library or library set which can allow me to search for crops + Change the size of the information given to these two images.

There is a pseudo code to help explain the scenario: 

  cropped-cins = searchCop (original image a, loras imageb)
