Unable to click on the bootstrap editor -

I have implemented the code for the bootstrap editor by referencing the code

I am able to write the editor Code in

But when I select a text and click to change any control in bold, italic or some other control, then it is not changing. Can you please help me to solve this problem?

When you select text, I work with you, you want to edit.
